A: Benefits of the Supplier Network is for Suppliers to register and have a one stop shop to receive and confirm POs, submit invoices and maintain your profile information including updates to the address/contact and other company information. Transacting through the Supplier Network is Purdue's preferred method of interacting with our suppliers.
Q: What if I am already registered on ZSN?
A: Great! Just log in with your registered email and you will see us in your customer listing.
Q: Is there a cost to register my organization on the ZSN?
A: No, transacting with Purdue is always free!
Q: What happens if I forget my login and/or password?
A: From the Supplier login page you can click on "Login with One Time Password (OTP)" or click on "Forgot Password". You can then provide the email address for the OTP to be sent and then reset your password.
Q: What happens if the person who registered my organization is no longer with my organization?
A: You can send an email to supplierenablement@pharma.com for help with updating your company profile information.
